The ST series ran from Freetown to Takoradi from August 1944 to the end of the war almost weekly. In addition to ships destined for the base at Takoradi, the ST and the STL series (Freetown - Takoradi - Lagos) were used by vessels sailing onwards to the Cape or elsewhere, being dispersed when clear of the Freetown U-boat area.

No convoys were cancelled.
